Joan Evans,

A Realtor® since 1993, Founding Partner of Village Associates and lifetime resident of Contra Costa County, Joan brings a unique combination of real estate experience plus first-hand knowledge of the community. Joan grew up in Lafayette, graduated from Acalanes High School and received a BA in Business from San Francisco State University. She and her husband, Larry, have lived in Moraga since 1970, where they raised their two daughters, Laura and Angie. Active in education, Joan is a founding board member of the Moraga Education Foundation and current member of the American Association of University Women, National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and Contra Costa County Association of Realtors. Her daughter, Angie Evans Traxinger, a licensed Realtor®, is Joan’s Partner, bringing a wealth of local school information after 11 years of teaching in Lafayette.
